Ordered Large Light Iced Caramel Latte as always to the lady with an ipad.Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru lane,then Zoe open the window holding hot caramel latte,and without anything asked me if I ordered hot or iced.After answering her she went back and after less than 1 minute bring me light iced one,and I left.When was driving drink that shit,and it was a horrible coffee.Our smart Zoe just putted that hot coffee on the cup of ice and gave it to me.As you can see from the photos there’s no even a label on this freaking cup. Cheers Zoe!!!

I visited this Starbucks today and had a great experience. The store was very clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. There was no wait time when I arrived, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and my order was prepared quickly. I was happy to grab a coffee and a snack while taking a short break. Everything tasted fresh and was served promptly. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and I would definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

Store closes at 11:30. Placed an online order around 11 and walked 15 min to find that the doors were all locked by 11:15 when I got there. Tried the other door - also locked. Employees backs all turned even though they clearly saw me and another guy coming. Nobody answered phone. So on my way home and customer service closes at 10 and I’m out $26 and just SOL I guess. For the life of me I don’t understand how management gives the “okay” on this. It’s so ridiculous and such a waste of product, money, and time on top of being so unprofessional.

Well its my birthday today and i was eager for my free coffee. Only to be done with it in 3 sips because it was filled to the brim with ice. Idk why they would serve this - it was legit 3 sips of coffee. If they were out of the syrup or milk why not just tell me instead of compensating with A LOT of ice. This photo doesnt even do justice to the amount of ice they put in this cup. This cup was comically filled with ice. I’ve had other Starbucks locations make this exact drink for me and I sometimes cant finish it because of the equitable ice to coffee ratio. But damn they really gave me the sip equivalent of getting to the center of a tootsie pop thats crazy. Anyway happy bday to me i guess. I get a cup of ice.
